1:49:08 PM Commissioner White I would, I guess maybe in the form of a motion even, ask to have leave these vacancies open for a little bit longer and because we do need more applicants to fill the vacancies and I guess I would, I would just move that we continue leaving this open and not do action on this today, and that would be my motion.

1:50:16 PM Commissioner White I would move that we, the Open Lands Board, that we would continue to seek candidates to fill the six vacanies and also the candidates that have submitted applications, that they would continue to be considered, but in two weeks time we would return to this and then again consider filling the six vacancies.

2:05:02 PM Commissioner White I've taken to read the agreement and also Greg's analysis of this and I totally concur that this particular instance is a very unique situation and that the agreement called for the Big Sky Transportation Study and that was an intrigual part of this agreement pertaining to the letter of credit and indeed there was a study done and it really was never executed because or considered completed because it was never deemed completed by the Commission for whatever reason and I think it is very clear that the County is obligated to release the letter of credit for the Firelight Meadows Minor Subdivision No. 1, So I would make a motion to do so.
